The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) continues to lead the Federal government in contracting with small businesses, especially service-disabled and Veteran-owned small businesses. With the fourth largest procurement budget, VA out-paced every other civilian agency in contract dollars awarded to small businesses.

VISN 19
Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 (VISN 19) is part of the Veterans Health Administration nationwide system of hospitals and clinics providing service to more than 27 million veterans who have so unselfishly served their country. VISN 19 is also known as the VA Rocky Mountain Network serving veterans in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and Oklahoma. https://www.visn19.va.gov/
Regional Procurement Office West (RPO West)
The Regional Procurement Office, West Region (RPO West) includes all or portions of the following states and U.S. territories: North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Philippines, Guam, and American Samoa.

Network Contracting Office 19
Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is staffed by warranted contracting professionals responsible for the development, execution, award, and administration of contracts, purchase orders, and other agreements for the expenditure of funds for VISN 19. Contracting Officers work with VA program officials and outside contractors to facilitate the buying and selling of goods and services for our Network.
